Return Policy

My main goal here is to make sure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase but I do understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. I'm happy to accept returned merchandise as long as you:

  • Contact me within 48 hours of delivery
  • Ship the items back within 7 days of delivery
  • Pay 20% restock fee
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange Policy

I do allow free exchanges as long as the exchange is necessary due to a mistake on our part.

For example: You ordered a large and you were sent a small.

At this time I do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale
